Terms of Service

MYKEYPAIR SRL ("we", "us") is a cybersecurity and PKI consulting company incorporated in Belgium.

MYKEYPAIR operates a personal finance tracking service that integrates with open banking APIs via Enable Banking Oy (a licensed Account Information Service Provider, FIN-FSA, Finland) to retrieve read-only banking transaction data with your explicit PSD2 consent. The data is displayed in a self-hosted Firefly III instance for personal financial management.

The service is intended for personal use only by the individual account holder. It is not a banking service, payment service, or financial advisory service.

• ▸ You must be at least 18 years old
• ▸ You must reside in the European Economic Area (EEA)
• ▸ You must be the legitimate holder of any bank accounts you connect
• ▸ You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

By connecting a bank account, you grant an explicit PSD2 Account Information Services (AIS) consent to Enable Banking Oy to retrieve read-only transaction data on your behalf. This consent:

• ▸ Is read-only — we cannot initiate payments or modify your accounts
• ▸ Can be revoked at any time through your bank or by contacting us
• ▸ Expires automatically per PSD2 regulations (typically 90 days)
• ▸ Is governed by Directive (EU) 2015/2366 (PSD2)

You agree to use this service only for lawful personal finance tracking. You must not:

• ▸ Share your account access with third parties
• ▸ Use the service for commercial redistribution of financial data
• ▸ Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service infrastructure
• ▸ Use the service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• ▸ Connect bank accounts belonging to third parties without their explicit consent

All software, designs, and content provided as part of this service remain the intellectual property of MYKEYPAIR SRL or their respective owners. Your banking data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over any financial data retrieved from your accounts.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MYKEYPAIR SRL shall not be liable for:

• ▸ Data inaccuracies from upstream banking APIs or Enable Banking
• ▸ Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
• ▸ Financial decisions made based on data displayed in the service
• ▸ Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or upstream provider issues (Enable Banking, bank APIs) may cause temporary unavailability without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by email where possible. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
